Abstract

Defines a procedure, using an approved jointing compound (see clause 1.5), for swaging tubes into AS 43022 and AS 43160 (Nipples) and AS 43024 and AS 43161 (Unions) swaged end fittings used in the manufacture of pipe assemblies for aircraft fluid systems, as qualified by clauses 1.2 and 1.3, in order to achieve the standard necessary to comply with the requirements of TS 100.
