Scope:

This specification covers a corrosion and heat resistant nickel alloy in the form of bars, forgings, flash welded rings, and stock for forging, flash welded rings, or heading.

These products have been used typically for parts, such as bolts and turbine rotors, requiring high strength in the range of 800 to 1100 degrees F (427 to 593 degrees C), but usage is not limited to such applications.
