The scope of this document and subsequent committee activities encompass all types of procedures and charts (paper and electronic), including, but not limited to, Instrument Approach Procedures, SIDs and STARs, Charted Visual Flight Procedures, and Enroute Procedures. The scope includes all types of aircraft and the use of all types of navigational aids. The purpose of this document is to provide a listing of issues and recommendations for their resolution.
